Are you a licensed Chinese ground operator?
Yes. China Fantasy Travel is operated by Hunan Garden International Travel Service Co., Ltd., a licensed travel agency — Tourism Permit L-HUN-304201 (domestic & inbound) — based in Zhangjiajie, Hunan, China. The same licence line appears in the footer of every page on this site.
Do you provide confidential net rates?
Yes. We quote net rates to the trade — per itinerary or per service — and you add your own margin. Net rates are confidential to you and never published; commission arrangements are also possible if you prefer.
Do you support white-label operation?
Yes. Where required, our guides and paperwork present under your brand, and your clients experience the trip as your product. Tell us your preference in the first brief and we operate accordingly.
Will you contact our clients directly?
No — never, unless you authorise it. You stay the client’s single point of contact before, during and after the trip. We are a ground operator, not a competing retailer: we do not remarket to, solicit or add your clients to any list.
How fast can you quote?
Within 24–48 hours of your brief, you receive a suggested private itinerary and a net quote, handled personally by the owner — not a call centre. Urgent requests are usually answered faster via WhatsApp.
Who is responsible when something goes wrong on the ground?
We are. We live and operate in Zhangjiajie, so weather closures, timed-entry ticket changes or hotel issues are handled on the spot and communicated to you immediately — you always have a direct WhatsApp line to the owner. Your client never hears “call your agent”; you hear from us first, with the fix already in motion.
